Greetings! I’m Ioanna, and together with my daughter, Irida, we proudly present Let’s Cook Greek, a culinary journey deeply rooted in our family heritage.
Our story begins in 2011 when the Alchemist emerged as a boutique hotel in the picturesque region of Magnesia, nestled among other cafes, restaurants, and hotels that we managed. Beyond overseeing these establishments, I personally tended to the needs of all our guests. We crafted delightful mornings and unforgettable meals, treating each patron not as a mere customer, but as an honored guest invited to dine in the warmth of our home. It’s our pleasure to share the love and knowledge passed down through generations of our family’s culinary tradition.
In 2020, amidst the challenges of a global pandemic, the Alchemist expanded its presence to the historic Acropolis. Here, the accolades, successes, and joy of sharing our love for wholesome, homemade delicacies persisted. Inspired by our enduring relationships with patrons who have entrusted us with their loyalty over the years, we sought to offer a complete culinary experience. We wanted to extend our love and our family’s recipes to those gathered around our table.
This aspiration led to the creation of Let’s Cook Greek by Alchemist, a platform where we celebrate the flavors and stories of Greek cuisine.
Our mission is to ensure there’s always a table brimming with friends, laughter, and the enticing aroma of freshly prepared dishes.
